Healthy Food

I need 2,600 colories a day. Half of all grains should be whole grain. I should eat at least 9 ounces of grain. I should also eat 3.5 cups of green vegies and orange vegies. They carry fiber for digestion. I should also eat more dry beans and peas. I should eat 2 cups of varied kinds of fruit. Fruit juice is not the best though. My body needs some oils and fat, but too much fats are unhealthy. Milk and milk products have calcium which will help my bones grow. I should eat and drink 3 cups of milk or cheese. I should eat 6.5 ounces of meat and beans. Meats give protein which will help my body. I should vay my food like fish, meat, beans, and seeds.

Junk Food

Junk food is not needed for my body. My Lindt White Chocolate have 4 servings, each serving containing 3 chocolate balls that are 36 grams each. Each serving have 19 grams of fat. This is 29% of my total fat needed for each day. The chocolate also have 14 grams of trans fat. This fat is the second worst fat. The fat clogs arteries. There is 14 grams of saturated fat. This is 70% of saturated fat i need for one day. 70% in one serving is really unhealthy.The white chocolate also have 14 grams of sugar in each serving.
